These Karoo farm roads were a huge shock to us. Due to the location of the farm, there are many koppies that have to be taken on during the day to day functioning. The roads often wind in-and-out of riverbeds and make for an interesting, and uneven, ride.
This is a 1985 Land Cruiser that we farm with. This beauty tackles all the daily challenges with grit and stamina.
Our sheep roam free eating fragrant shrubs that give them the distinct Lamb of the Sutherland Karoo area, flavour. Geographically we qualify to produce under the label of Lamb of the Sutherland Karoo area, of Origin but we have not as yet registered as producers traders.
